Spike would be better if ...

your spike "customer support" would directly address my issue rather than direct me to another webinar that I have already watched.

You need to include video instructions of an actual 'Ipad' as a picture taken, alignment, what it should look like, how you know you've done it correct or incorrectly...options for saving the file. When you call back, ask for the person that put in the request-talking to the wrong person doesn't solve the problem.
